The Opportunity
A leading electrical contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator for a major healthcare redevelopment project in Downtown Vancouver.
This is a full-time, site-based role supporting a dedicated Project Manager on a large-scale hospital project expected to run through 2029.
The role supports day-to-day project delivery and provides exposure to institutional construction from construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction activities.
- Support schedules, milestones, procurement activities, and resource planning.
- Track project progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Participate in meetings and distribute stakeholder updates.
- Support project closeout documentation and turnover requirements.
- Maintain relationships with field teams, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Assist with risk identification, issue tracking, resolution management, and process improvement.
