Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for an Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor.
The Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring systems and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Responsibilities include conducting inspections, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, coordinating and managing maintenance activities, and leading a team of technicians to ensure timely and effective repairs.
The role also involves maintaining compliance with operational and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Planning
- Experience in Maintenance Management and coordinating repair activities
- Strong Inspection and troubleshooting skills
- Background in Maintenance with hands-on experience
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical fields
