At Cyclonaire, we're looking for an Electrical Mechanical Assembler 1 to join our manufacturing team and help build the custom pneumatic conveying systems our customers rely on every day. Whether you're wiring control panels, assembling equipment, troubleshooting issues, or testing finished systems, you'll play a critical role in delivering quality equipment to customers around the world.

As an Electrical Mechanical Assembler, you'll help assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot custom equipment while working alongside a skilled and supportive team.
Responsibilities include:
Assemble Cyclonaire equipment using mechanical and electrical drawings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop orders
Wire electrical components and instrumentation
Perform startup, calibration, functional testing, and safety checks
Troubleshoot equipment and drawing issues
Perform basic equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical work, automotive repair, farm equipment, maintenance, welding, construction, military service, or other hands-on technical fields is welcomed and highly transferable to this role. We are willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
