Role Overview
The Electrical Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the manufacturing engineering operations across the facility, managing a team of 3 engineers, working closely with other departments such as production, facilities, QA and supply chain.
This role ensures documentation and development of efficient processes, identification and implementation of cost reduction opportunities, the design and selection of test equipment and capital equipment, and the handling of personnel issues.
