Role Overview
Facilities management employer seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports facilities management operations and building maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and independently manage site maintenance activities.
- Maintain electrical and control systems in high-rise buildings.
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive planned maintenance, and reactive maintenance.
- Support LV systems, DBs, SMDBs, MCCs, ATS, generators, and associated control systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of facilities management or building maintenance experience.
- Proven high-rise electrical and control systems maintenance experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting, preventive planned maintenance, and reactive maintenance experience.
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Candidates with only construction or project experience will not be considered.
- Candidates should be available to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1,577.67 to AED 8,102.74 per month in the description.
