Electrical Maintenance - Reliability Engineer

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The candidate will be responsible for the following:
• - Coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the system.
• - Develop, improve, and optimize predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
• - Analyze outputs from predictive and preventative maintenance activities and adjust maintenance strategies accordingly.
• - Identify and implement design, process, and maintenance improvements to address recurring equipment issues.
• - Provide technical guidance and day-to-day oversight of the electrical maintenance group, supported by a Chargehand.
• - Plan and organize electrical maintenance schedules in coordination with the Maintenance and Operations leadership teams.
• - Troubleshoot electrical and equipment issues as they arise, providing timely and practical solutions.
• - Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and develops corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• - Responsible for sound preventative and predictive electrical maintenance activities that maximize equipment reliability and ultimately enhance overall product quality.
• - Participate in team problem solving activities that address issues.
