- Inspect and monitor electrical installation works for compliance with drawings and specifications
- Conduct site inspections for power distribution, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, and ELV systems
- Verify materials and equipment comply with approved submittals
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and document inspections
- Review contractors' method statements, inspection requests, and material submissions
- Identify non conforming work and ensure corrective actions
- Coordinate with Resident Engineer, MEP Engineers, and contractors to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate site inspection records, daily reports, and quality documentation
- Ensure electrical works comply with HSE requirements
- Monitor construction progress and report delays or quality concerns
Requirements
- Experience in electrical site inspection
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Ability to witness testing and commissioning activities
- Strong coordination skills with contractors and engineers
- Proficiency in maintaining inspection records and reports

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor electrical installation works for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Conduct site inspections for electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
- Verify that all materials and equipment delivered to site comply with approved submittals and project specifications.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and ensure all inspections are properly documented.
- Review contractors' method statements, inspection requests, and material submissions related to electrical works.
- Identify non conforming work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, MEP Engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate site inspection records, daily reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
