Position Summary
Seeking experienced Electrical Hardware Engineers to support a major automation installation project in Austin, Texas.
This position will serve as a key technical resource during equipment installation and commissioning activities, providing on-site electrical engineering support, maintaining electrical documentation, and ensuring field issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial automation systems, electrical hardware design, field installation support, and EPLAN documentation within automotive, battery, manufacturing, or automated production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support electrical installation activities during equipment build and commissioning
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to field installation teams
- Answer installation-related electrical and controls questions from technicians and contractors
- Update, revise, and maintain EPLAN electrical drawings based on field conditions and engineering changes
