Electrical Fire Supervisor Location: Brisbane, Queensland Company: Fire Services Queensland (FSQ) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Fire Supervisor to join our growing team in Brisbane.
In this role, you will lead and support a team of fire services technicians, overseeing service delivery, quoting, tendering, installations, inspections, and day-to-day operational performance.
This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations, contract requirements, KPIs, and relevant compliance standards.
You will work closely with technicians, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across fire services works.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, proven leadership capability, and a practical understanding of fire services, maintenance, installation, and service delivery environments.
You will be confident mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, managing priorities, and supporting a positive, high-performing team culture.
