5+ years of hands-on experience in consumer electronics or a related field.
Mastery of soldering and reflow techniques for fine-pitch components (down to 01005/QFN/BGA 300 μm pitch.
Understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Comfort and skill in selecting, operating, and maintaining benchtop electrical test equipment.
