Electrical Engineering Manager- Hearing Devices

• A bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution in Engineering
• Advanced degree in engineering a plus

• 5 years of successful and demonstratable technical leadership
• 5 years of project engineering or project management in complex electrical hardware and system development
• 10 years of professional experience in electrical hardware design
• Proficiency reading and understanding patents
• Well-qualified candidates will possess working knowledge of hearing aid architecture and design

• Ability and willingness to travel both internationally and domestically (approximately 4x/year), communicate with global teams during non-business hours
• Ability to work well with numerous diverse groups and individuals
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Can work with a diverse group of people, superior communicator, act as teacher and motivator
• Strong feel for what internal and external customers require
• Always ready to dig in to assist

• No-compromise attitude in achieving targets
• Innovative yet skeptical of unproven technology; Visionary yet practical

• Skilled in planning, organizing resources, and establishing priorities for work assignments for optimum results

• Well-rounded engineering experience including analog and digital hardware design, microcontrollers, digital communications, wired and wireless communication
