We are looking for a versatile Electrical Engineer to join our engineering and new product development team.

In this role, you won't just be filling out paperwork or managing vendors.

You will be the go-to resource for making our products smarter, easier to use, and more reliable.

• Design & Prototype: Create and revise electrical schematics, lay out custom PCBs, and build prototype control panels.
• Write Controls Logic and Code: Author code and instructions for microcontrollers(STM/Arduino), VFD’s, and battery powered inverter systems to talk to air pressure transducers and industrial automation sensors.
• Collaborate on Integration: Work with your engineering and production teams and apply Design For Manufacturing(DFM) principles that ensure products are efficiently producible.
• Manage the Product Lifecycle: Maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) and interface with our MRP/ERP software to ensure your designs seamlessly transition from prototype to full production.
• Hands-on Testing: Participate in the physical assembly and testing of prototype designs on the production floor, soldering and crimping wires and PCBs to make sure everything works perfectly under real-world conditions.
• Document Your Work: Keep clean, straightforward schematics and documentation so the rest of our tight-knit team can easily understand, service, and support the system.
