MAPA Insaat is hiring an Electrical Site Engineer for a project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with drawings and standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, cable containment, and low current systems
- Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and relevant international standards
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other disciplines to resolve technical and interface issues
- Conduct inspections and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work quality and productivity
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate project updates to the Site Manager
- Review material deliveries and verify compliance with approved technical submittals
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities for electrical systems
- Assist in resolving technical issues and support engineering teams with field modifications when required
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in large scale building or infrastructure projects
- Experience in supervising electrical installation works from construction through commissioning
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (IEC, NEC, BS, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and technical specifications
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
