Electrical Engineer

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa (or ability to obtain licensure within 60 days).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and commercial electrical design software .
• Strong experience in commercial electrical system design , including power, lighting, controls, and fire alarm systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills .
• Strong communication and client management abilities .

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• Licensure in multiple states .
• CLD (Certified Lighting Designer), CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification.
• Experience in ComCheck, energy modeling, arc flash studies, and electrical coordination studies .
• Familiarity with ETAP/SKM software and AutoCAD MEP .
