Test plans, test protocols and test cases for electrical systems, electronic boards and inverters

Test execution records and evidence packages

Verification, validation and qualification reports

Supplier test clarification notes

Deviation, defect and non-conformance reports

Root-cause analysis support notes and corrective-action evidence

Regression test evidence after design, supplier, filter, parameter or firmware/software changes

Laboratory / test tower preparation checklists

Test fixture, test bench or measurement setup documentation when applicable

FMEA inputs or test-related risk analysis support when applicable

T&Q Team Lead

Electrical System and Electronic Boards design teams

Inverter Technical Lead and design engineers

External inverter and device suppliers when delegated

SIT / integration teams

Electrical System and Motor integration teams

Test tower / laboratory teams

Program Management when needed

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Engineering or similar.

3-6 years of relevant experience in testing, verification, validation, qualification or engineering support for electrical / electronic products, including inverter, drive, power electronics or industrial test experience.

Experience with elevator inverters, industrial drives or supplier qualification is highly valuable.

Professional English required, minimum B2 or equivalent; ability to write technical reports and participate in engineering discussions.

Availability for occasional travel and flexibility to coordinate with suppliers and global teams across compatible time zones.
