Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer II researches, plans, designs, develops, analyzes, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including displays, sensors, processors, interface units, and other electronic devices; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Perform design activities as assigned by the supervisor
- Produce preliminary reports and analysis
- Produce preliminary schematics
- Design and run validation testing
- Participate in design reviews
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency with schematic capture tools
- Working knowledge of electrical analysis packages
- Ability to interface with PLM
Education, Experience & License or Certification
A bachelor's degree is required
Specific Degree Field Preferred: Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position): ESD Safety Training, as dictated by the Safety Department
