Responsibilities
- Monitor preventive maintenance and reactive repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and rectify faults or hazards.
- Support energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate external contractors and vendors for specialized services and projects.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment manuals, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support emergency response and business continuity operations.
- Collaborate with departments on facility-related needs and concerns.
- Assign jobs to technicians.
Requirements
- Arabic speaking ability is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
