Key skills for this role
Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), professionally qualified/chartered or aspiring to registration, with 6+ years’ experience; data centre or mission‑critical experience preferred
Strong knowledge of local and international codes, data centre standards, fire and authority requirements
Proven capability in producing electrical designs, calculations, specifications, plant room layouts, schematics, and hand sketches for BIM
Hands‑on experience with engineering tools such as ETAP, Amtech, Dialux, Revit, and AutoCAD
Experience in concept development, sustainability‑led design, multi‑disciplinary coordination, and supervision/mentoring of junior staff.
Involvement in FATs, site inspections, commissioning, BOQs, cost estimates, and successful project delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with excellent communication skills.
Based primarily in Mumbai with collaboration across India, international travel, and strong engagement with clients and industry stakeholders.
