Job Summary
The Project Electrical Engineer leads the Electrical Operations and Maintenance function for a large-scale project.
The position manages a department of approximately 140 personnel and reports to the Regional Project Manager.
Position Details
- Location: Saudi Arabia.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Department: Electrical Operations and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, and technicians in a large electrical team.
- Manage electrical operations and maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, and daily maintenance activities.
- Plan and monitor manpower, maintenance schedules, KPIs, budgets, and work performance.
- Oversee LV/MV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, MDBs, and DBs.
- Manage contractors, vendors, procurement, materials, and maintenance resources.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, HSE, and Saudi regulations.
- Manage CAFM or CMMS systems, technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical services.
