Role Overview
Manage electrical infrastructure design and execution for new and existing buildings and campuses.
The role covers greenfield, brownfield, retrofit, office, commercial, and data center projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare design bases, tender documents, drawings, SLDs, equipment sizing, specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Evaluate bidders, resolve technical queries, participate in pre-bid meetings, and provide tender recommendations.
- Review and approve GFC and shop drawings, vendor engineering deliverables, and technical data sheets.
- Participate in factory acceptance tests and support execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, NBC, CEIG, operational, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders and compare systems for efficiency, cost, and ROI.
- Recommend energy and cost optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate engineering teams and location teams to implement project drawings.
- Support vendor technical and cost analysis and manage location execution teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Approximately 15 or more years of electrical design and project execution experience.
- Experience with electrical infrastructure for office buildings, commercial facilities, and data centers.
