Responsibilities
- Prepare Electrical Design of IEC range of LV Power Distribution, MDB, ATS, MCC Panels, SMDB, FDB & Control Systems
- Prepare Shop Drawings GA, SLD, Schematic & BOM using EPLAN or other Design Tools
- Check Compliance of Consultant Data and Specifications
- Prepare Study, Short Circuit Calculations, Temperature Rise
- Prepare production file submittals
- Prepare technical drawings submittals for customer approvals
- Prepare Technical Submittals and Offers
- Communicate with customers for technical clarifications
- Listen to Team Members Feedback and Resolve any Issues or Conflicts
- Respond to Customer's Questions and Requests in a Timely and Efficient Manner
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years working experience in same role and same product/equipment for Qatar or GCC manufacturer/market
- Application knowledge of related IEC standards and major end user specifications in Qatar or GCC
- Knowledge about LV components and systems from Eaton, Siemens, ABB, Legrand, Schneider; expert with at least one
- Knowledge about LV Panel MDBs, SMDBs, ATS, MCCs
- Knowledge about how to design and select Bus Bars
- Knowledge about how to select exact enclosure sizes
- Knowledge about how to make control schemes according to logic
