What You Will Be Doing Perform drafting work via AutoCAD (2D and 3D) Provide material take-offs for bulk commodities from completed engineering documents. Provide job specific instrument installation details using developed standard details as required and maintain documentation for files. Maintain project files of previous revisions per ISO 9001 policies. What You Need for this Position Associates or technical degree related to design engineering ore relevant experience (1+ years) · 5 years of progressively responsible drafting and/or construction-related CAD experience with emphasis on electrical disciplines. · Understanding and/or familiarized with the latest edition of the NEC Code. · Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical 2010-2018. · Proficient in creating LISP routines and Scripting Macros. · Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. · Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro. · Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. · Ability to create graphical representations of electrical components. · High degree of focus and attention to detail. · Competent oral and written communication skills.
