About the Role
Mikan Engineering & Construction is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
The role prepares electrical designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation for industrial and building projects.
The position coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering teams supporting Indian and international projects.
Working Hours
- Shift 1 runs Monday to Friday from 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM.
- Shift 2 runs Monday to Friday from 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical design drawings and engineering documentation.
- Develop electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, and equipment layouts.
- Perform load, cable sizing, voltage-drop, and other electrical design calculations.
- Prepare cable, equipment, lighting, power, and earthing layouts.
- Design LV and MV distribution systems as required by project requirements.
- Prepare and review electrical specifications, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Coordinate designs with civil, structural, mechanical, piping, HVAC, and other disciplines.
- Review drawings for project and standards compliance.
