Electrical Craft Team Member

We’re looking for a self‑motivated and technically capable craftsperson with a strong Electrical foundation and the flexibility to support wider engineering activities.

Essential Requirements

Completed an approved Electrical apprenticeship with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).

Proven experience in a relevant Electrical maintenance role.

Understanding of fluid power systems and basic electrical principles.

Flexibility to apply or develop skills across multiple craft areas.

Strong safety awareness and experience adhering to safe systems of work.

Desirable Skills

Technical specialist knowledge within an industrial or utilities environment.

High voltage switching or maintenance experience (training will be provided if required).

Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
