Electrical Compliance Engineer

As an Electrical Compliance Engineer, you will work in our engineering team.

In this role, you will lead the compliance and certification efforts for our industrial Hybrid Energy Systems, while actively assisting in the electrical and system design for our next-generation hybrid power generation systems.

You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge electrical engineering and stringent regulatory frameworks.

You will ensure that our products—from custom high-voltage battery packs to hybrid power systems—are physically tested, validated, and architected for compliance from day one.

In this role, you will lead the compliance and certification efforts for our industrial Hybrid Energy Systems, while actively assisting in the electrical and system design for our next-generation hybrid power generation systems.

You will ensure that our products—from custom high-voltage battery packs to hybrid power systems—are physically tested, validated, and architected for compliance from day one.

• Own the end-to-end compliance lifecycle for all ESS products, driving certification projects from physical prototype validation through to final listing.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical escort and point of contact for Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) such as UL, Intertek, or CSA during open compliance projects and follow-up services.
• Author compliance test plans, construction files, and technical documentation required for regulatory submittals.
• Collaborate on the hardware verification of BMS, System software/controllers, telematics, etc. to meet Functional Safety and EMC requirements.

• Set up, configure, and execute in-house pre-compliance testing protocols within the R&D lab, including dielectric withstand (hipot), insulation resistance, thermal profiling, and fault simulation.
