Role Overview
Universal BIM is looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to develop accurate electrical BIM models, prepare construction drawings, and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare accurate electrical layouts, routing, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Support clash detection, coordination meetings, and design reviews.
- Update BIM models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Maintain model quality, consistency, and project documentation standards.
- Deliver assigned work within project deadlines and company workflows.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler in BIM/design/construction projects.
- Good knowledge of building electrical systems, standards, and codes.
- Understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant MEP/BIM modeling experience is preferred.
