Role
Design and development of Lithium-ion battery pack
Responsibilities
- Cell selection/qualification
- Busbar design
- Responsible for field failure battery pack analysis.
- Simulation in Matlab or similar.
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams like component development, vehicle integration etc... and resolve DFM / DFA comments.
- BMS bench testing.
- BMS/Battery test automation.
- Design verification plan preparation.
- CAN log and data analysis.
Technical/ Functional
Knowledge of battery & cell technology and components.
In depth Knowledge on BMS and it’s functions.
