As the EHS Value Stream Manager , you will provide practical, site-wide Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) support across a high-volume, high-hazard manufacturing environment. Working closely with operational teams involved in medical device and membrane manufacturing, you will help drive compliance, reduce risk, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as a visible and proactive EHS partner across manufacturing, Facilities, and support functions, ensuring EHS is embedded into everyday operations.

Leading and enhancing EHS management systems, supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards through audits, compliance activities, action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Managing key compliance programmes, including environmental permits, industrial hygiene monitoring, occupational health screening, and regulatory reporting.

Driving risk reduction efforts through incident investigations, process safety initiatives, chemical management, management of change processes, contractor control, and environmental compliance.

Supporting site resilience by partnering with Facilities and operational teams on statutory inspections, infrastructure projects, business continuity planning, emergency exercises, and improvement programmes.
