EHS Specialist – Your future Position?

EHS Specialist will be working at Givaudan (India) Private Ltd, MIDC Ranjangaon, Pune.

This position will be reporting to EHS Manager providing critical support in promoting the EHS culture at Site.

In this role you will focus on:

Facilitate implementation of safety programs like mock drills, engagement events, safety committee, pre startup safety review, internal audits, inspections, Gemba Walks etc.

Ensure that Hazardous activities are conducted after issuance of Permit to Work and necessary Tool Box Talk.

Ensure that, systems are sustained for training & awareness of employees, contractors and visitors.

Maintain EHS Training matrices for employees & deliver Trainings.

Facilitate Process Risk Assessment and suggest control measures to control risk.

Facilitate Incident investigation and action management.

Should be conversant with local EHS regulations and compliance requirements.

Should be conversant with Process Safety Management.

MIS – To maintain the documentation generated (CAPA record, Trend Analysis, Training details, Risk assessment documentation etc.) out of implementation of EHS Management System, review the documentation time to time to ensure the MIS is up to date.
