QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is required to communicate and exchange accurate information with our diverse teams.
- Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT , or other BCSP designations.
- Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred.
- Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32° or above 100°).
- Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho , sometimes at a moment's notice.
- Solar farm experience required.
