EHS Manager - Interim

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification); CMIOSH desirable. Equivalent qualifications and experience considered.

Proven HSE management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments – packaging or related industries preferred.

Strong, practical knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation in a manufacturing setting.

Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation and safety training.

The ability to start quickly and operate effectively with minimal onboarding – ideally with previous interim or contract experience.

A confident, credible HSE professional who builds trust quickly and influences at all levels.

Pragmatic, hands-on and delivery-focused, comfortable stepping into an established site at pace.

An excellent communicator with a genuine commitment to safety excellence.
