This position will be responsible to influence the following performance metrics:
EHS Management System Facility Action Plans
Region EHS Training Compliance: >95%
OSHA Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR): <10%
OSHA Days Away Restricted and Transfer Cases (DART)
Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
Weekly Branch Location Visit Summary Completion: 8/week – 32/month – 384/year
Driver Qualification Files and Compliance: >95%
Responsible Vehicle Accident Rate
Coverage area- Ashville, Charlotte, Greenville, Greensboro, Raleigh, Columbia, SC, & Jacksonville
Travel - 80% (includes day travel)
5-8 years of work experience in the EHS field
Bachelor’s degree in EHS or any applicable field preferred, not required
EHS certification a plus
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office software applications, software management systems, and EHS management systems and reporting platforms.
Valid Driver’s License void of suspension or revocation with good driving record.

Compensation: $90-115K + Company Vehicle + 10% AIP Bonus.
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
