Role Overview
Lead the overall EHS organization and provide quality EHS services to project operations.
Facilitate achievement of benchmark EHS performance.
EHS Responsibilities
- Implement the EHS Policy and Integrated Management System at the project site.
- Develop and facilitate implementation of project-specific guidelines and procedures.
- Prepare project-specific risk assessments and conduct training.
- Design and deliver site-specific training for staff, subcontractors, workmen, and visitors.
- Monitor proactive and reactive EHS performance at the project.
- Facilitate corrective and preventive action by operations.
- Establish, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to lead the overall EHS organization and provide EHS services to project operations.
- Ability to implement EHS policy and the Integrated Management System at a project site.
- Experience preparing project-specific risk assessments and conducting EHS training.
- Capability to monitor EHS performance and facilitate corrective and preventive action.
