Lead EHS activities for Grid Technologies Service in Saudi Arabia, supporting critical energy infrastructure and a Zero Harm culture.
Coach EHS professionals, investigate incidents, audit modernization project sites, and lead toolbox talks for field service crews.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and lead the EHS strategy for GT Service Saudi Arabia, setting objectives, targets, and performance indicators.
- Own EHS execution across project sites and nationwide field service activities, including high-risk electrical, lifting, confined-space, and work-at-height activities.
- Ensure safe, compliant conditions across offices, workshops, and warehouses, including emergency preparedness, fire protection, and occupational health.
- Coach managers and field personnel, run safety campaigns and behavioral initiatives, and embed EHS into daily operations.
- Design and deliver EHS training and competency programs for employees and contractors.
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis; manage three EHS professionals; report metrics; and lead audits and regulatory inspections.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional EHS certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or CSP is preferred.
