Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project specific HSE plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
- Identify hazards and perform risk assessments for construction activities.
- Organize toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective actions.
- Monitor work permits, lifting operations, excavation works, confined space activities, and work at height.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and statutory compliance reports.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
Requirements
- Experience in Substation/OHTL Projects.
- SEC Approval.
- Can attend face to face interview at Riyadh.
