EHS Emergency Response Coordinator

Experience: 5-7 years coordinating emergency preparedness, disaster logistics, or industrial safety operations.

ICS Training: Verified completion of FEMA courses IS-100, IS-200, and IS-700 (National Incident Management System).

Certifications: Certified CERT Trainer, OSHA 30-Hour, and advanced First Aid/CPR/AED Wilderness or First Responder credentials.

Critical Skills: Expertise in hazard vulnerability assessments, radio communication protocols, and high-stress command execution.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related scientific or engineering discipline Proven leadership or management experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Technical expertise in specific areas such as electrical safety or hazardous materials may also be necessary depending on the industry.

Strong communication skills are desired.

The service provider will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and a desire to foster teamwork.

Job details Salary Range: $116,853 - $151,757 *Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual’s qualifications experience.

This range is specific to Washington State.
