Manage scope, schedule, budget, resource, quality, risk, issue, dependency, and escalation activities across the modernization portfolio.

Ensure delivery work aligns with SDLC, systems engineering, PMO, federal contracting, quality management, security, and regulatory expectations.

Lead executive governance forums, status reviews, decision discussions, and readiness checkpoints, communicating progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions.

Monitor implementation KPIs, activation readiness, adoption indicators, operational stability, and post-implementation outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Partner with leadership to define staffing needs, build delivery capability, coach teams, improve implementation methods, and identify opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
