EHR Analyst II – Digital Clinical Services - Epic Ambulatory, Full Time, First Shift, IS&T
The EHR Analyst II performs moderate‐complexity Epic build, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
The Analyst II works independently on small to medium‐sized projects, collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, and supports system optimization.
Overview
Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting designated software applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures, and ongoing support of the EpicCare Ambulatory module.
Key Responsibilities
include:
- Collaborating with users to define system functionality, information flow, reports, and data requirements
- Developing specifications and documenting operational procedures
- Testing software and coordinating software release procedures
- Maintaining Epic certification in EpicCare Ambulatory and staying current with Epic version updates
