Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone and email
- Present and explain educational programs, course offerings, schedules, and admission requirements
- Conduct counseling to understand students’ needs, goals, and learning objectives
- Recommend suitable courses and learning pathways
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to maximize enrolments
- Assist applicants throughout the registration and enrolment process
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrolments
- Achieve enrolment and sales targets set by Capstone Learning
- Participate in education fairs, promotional events, and outreach activities when needed
- Collaborate with academic and administrative team to ensure positive student experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the education sector
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships and effective communication with students and parents
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be currently based in Riyadh

Employment Conditions
