- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone and email

- Recommend suitable courses and learning pathways
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to maximize enrolments

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the education sector
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Currently based in Riyadh
