Mdares Ai is seeking a Saudi National Educational Consultant in Riyadh to help parents select the right school for their children. The role involves contacting leads, understanding educational needs, recommending partner schools, and managing CRM records.

Responsibilities
- Contact parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels following inbound inquiries
- Understand each family’s educational needs, priorities, budget, preferred location, curriculum, and student requirements
- Recommend the most suitable partner schools based on parents’ expectations and schools’ offerings
- Provide accurate information about schools, admission processes, tuition fees, and available services
- Build trust with parents by delivering professional, unbiased, and personalized educational advice
- Follow up with parents throughout their decision making journey until enrollment is completed
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Coordinate with partner schools regarding availability, admission requirements, and application status
- Achieve individual KPIs related to response time, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and enrollments
- Ensure a high quality customer experience at every stage of the parent journey
Requirements
- Saudi National (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, admissions, education, sales, telesales, or educational consulting preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English

Qualifications
- Saudi National (Required)

- Experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
