Job Summary
Villanueva del Fresno LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Education Coordinator to oversee and support the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality learning experiences, coordinate with educators and stakeholders, and contribute to continuous program improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage educational programs, workshops, and training sessions
- Collaborate with instructors, trainers, and external partners to deliver effective learning experiences
- Develop and update educational materials, curricula, and program content
- Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of student participation, progress, and program results
- Coordinate schedules, venues, and resources for training and educational activities
- Support student engagement and address participant inquiries
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and organizational policies
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for educational initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in education coordination, training, or program management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with curriculum development and evaluation is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
