Position Overview
We are seeking an **Education Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily education operations.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, academic knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between students, faculty, and internal teams.
The Education Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining International Christian Academy LLC’s reputation for excellence in education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic programs, training sessions, and educational events.
- Liaise with students, faculty, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of courses, schedules, and participant engagement.
- Support curriculum development, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.
- Prepare reports on education program performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s education regulations and institutional policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in education coordination, academic administration, or training services.
- Strong knowledge of educational processes, program management, and learner engagement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and education management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
