Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, activities, quizzes, and examinations.
- Grade work, assess progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum improvement and participate in departmental meetings.
- Communicate with parents and guardians when needed.
- Promote a positive classroom environment and support extracurricular or enrichment activities.
Qualifications
- Possess strong subject knowledge in Economics and Business Economics.
- Have lesson planning, curriculum development, teaching, classroom management, and student assessment skills.
- Hold a relevant bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Have previous teaching experience at school or college level.
- Experience in international or diverse classrooms is desirable rather than mandatory.
- Communicate excellently in English and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Use educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Demonstrate organization, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, student-centered education.
