E-Commerce Operations Specialist – Camper (Dubai)
Fusion Feet Shoe Trading LLC – the exclusive GCC partner for Camper – is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our Dubai team.
About The Role
You will be the person who makes sure every online order reaches the right customer, on time and without issues.
From the moment an order lands in our system to the moment it arrives at the customer's door, you own the process.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and manage all incoming orders from camper.com for the GCC region through our ERP system (Nebim V3)
- Coordinate daily with our 3PL warehouse partner for order fulfillment – picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage last-mile delivery operations and track shipments to completion
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and promptly
- Ensure accurate stock availability is reflected online by monitoring inventory levels and flagging discrepancies
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Excel – orders, shipments, returns, and open issues
- Liaise with the brand's global e-commerce and customer service teams
- Identify process improvements to enhance order accuracy, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or online retail – preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you notice when something is off before it becomes a problem
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience working with ERP/OMS systems preferred; familiarity with Nebim or SAP is an advantage but not required
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders – warehouse, courier, brand HQ, customers
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- Based in Dubai - Availability to start immediately is a plus.
