Role Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist for a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.
In this role, you will manage e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings, and analyze sales and market trends to maximize online performance.
Responsibilities include supporting customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in E-Commerce platform management and Sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer Service expertise and ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for both internal and external collaboration
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and handle tasks independently
- Familiarity with market trends and online retail technologies
- Prior experience in the UAE market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
