- Maintain up to date knowledge of marketplace developments, industry trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing Noon and/or Amazon accounts
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities with marketplace reporting tools
- Working knowledge of Odoo e commerce operations
- High attention to detail and organizational rigor
- Based in UAE with ability to work from office full time
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

Overview
- Sawaya Group is seeking an experienced E commerce Specialist to manage and develop commercial presence on Noon and Amazon.
- This is an office based position at the UAE headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's Noon and Amazon seller/vendor accounts in their entirety.
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategy, promotional activity, and inventory synchronization across marketplaces.
- Monitor account performance and health, ensuring full compliance with marketplace policies and standards.
- Analyze sales data and marketplace metrics to inform strategic decision making and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with stock availability and business objectives.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of marketplace developments, industry trends, and competitor activity within the beauty and cosmetics sector.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing Noon and/or Amazon accounts, preferably within the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in marketplace reporting and performance tools.
- Technically proficient, with working knowledge of e commerce operations conducted through websites built on Odoo.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational rigor.
- Based in the UAE, with the ability to work from our office on a full time basis.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
