Role Description
- The Ecommerce Specialist is a full time, Hybrid role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for managing daily online store operations, including updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
- Track and analyze website performance, optimize product pages and user journeys, and support online sales campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve online order issues, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive online revenue.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E Commerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online stores and driving digital revenue.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and support data informed decision making.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support online shoppers and ensure a positive end to end experience.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with cross functional teams and responding to customer inquiries.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with UX best practices, product merchandising, and order fulfillment workflows is advantageous.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
