Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an **E-commerce Specialist (Amazon Marketplace & Website)**, located in Dubai.
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Nature’s Cart presence on Amazon Marketplace, the official website, and the mobile application.
Key responsibilities include product listing optimization, pricing strategies, inventory management, order processing, and performance analysis.
The role also involves monitoring sales, improving conversion rates, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to drive growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in **E-commerce, especially Amazon Marketplace**
- **FMCG industry experience is mandatory** (grocery, food products preferred)
- Proven track record in **sales growth and KPI achievement**
- Strong analytical skills for **data-driven decision making**
- Experience in **product listing, SEO, and conversion optimization**
- Knowledge of **inventory management and order fulfillment processes**
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Candidates with **own visa preferred**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
