Role Overview

KIKO Milano is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join its Middle East team in Dubai.

The role supports digital sales, growth, and customer experiences across the IMEA region.

The position reports to the Head of E-Commerce and works with international and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support e-commerce sales and growth across the IMEA region.
  • Coordinate activities, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activations with headquarters and local teams.
  • Manage digital merchandising, product content, and the online customer experience.
  • Monitor sales, conversion, engagement, and sell-out KPIs and identify improvements.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and replenishment.
  • Manage product setup and catalogue accuracy across e-commerce platforms.
  • Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, headquarters, and local market teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or a related field is required.
  • Beauty or cosmetics industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills with confidence working with data and KPIs are required.
  • Understanding of online customer journeys, digital merchandising, and digital marketing is required.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-market collaboration skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Experience with e-commerce, analytics, or content management tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
